Soaring above the city, the NF Tower for GN-Groupe Ndoum is a striking landmark addition to Accra skyline. The design proposal reconsiders the standard podium-tower typology through a bold dynamic form with elaborate human-scale detailing. A hybrid formal and programmatic expression of the tower, where podium and main tower volume are blended with interconnected functions developing a more linear and visually “taller” structure.
