The pupilo color is an important part of the original brand id created for the company. Name “pupilo” originates as a play of the latin words for children’s hair puer capillus. Lice is a matter with no pleasant visual representation, so the design concept was based of bare minimal depiction of scratchy, tangled and messy hair as a result of lice smoothly forming a clean and smooth healthy hair as a result of pupilo.
